Last Updated: October 17, 2025
emailtemporario.net (“we,” “us,” or “our”) respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), we have adopted the following policy concerning copyright infringement.
1. Our Copyright
The content on the emailtemporario.net website, including but not limited to the text, graphics, logos, user interface, software, and code, is the property of emailtemporario.net and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Unauthorized copying, reproduction, or distribution of our proprietary content is strictly prohibited.
2. How to Report Copyright Infringement
A. Before Filing a Formal Complaint
We take copyright concerns very seriously. If you believe your work has been used on our site without permission, we encourage you to contact us directly first at support@emailtermporario(dot)net with the subject line “Copyright Concern”.
Resolving the matter this way can often be faster and easier for both parties.
B. Formal DMCA Takedown Notice
If you prefer to submit a formal legal notice, or if the informal process does not resolve your concern, you must do so by providing our Copyright Agent with the following information in writing, pursuant to the DMCA:
- A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or, if multiple copyrighted works are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works.
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity and that is to be removed or access to which is to be disabled, and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material (e.g., the specific URL of the page).
- Information reasonably sufficient to permit us to contact you, such as an address, telephone number, and, if available, an electronic mail address.
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
Failure to include all of the above information may result in a delay in processing your DMCA notification.
3. Counter-Notification
If you believe that your content that was removed is not infringing, or that you have the authorization from the copyright owner, the copyright owner’s agent, or pursuant to the law, to post and use the material, you may send a counter-notice containing the following information to our Copyright Agent:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material that has been removed and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material.
- Your name, address, telephone number, and email address, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in Pakistan, and a statement that you will accept service of process from the person who provided notification of the alleged infringement.
Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we may, at our discretion, send a copy to the original complaining party and inform them that the removed material may be replaced in 2 to 7 business days unless the original complainant files an action seeking a court order against the content provider.
6. Policy on Repeat Infringers
As emailtemporario.net is not a service that hosts user-generated content in a persistent manner, a repeat infringer policy is not directly applicable. However, we reserve the right to take any action we deem appropriate against any user who violates our policies.
